Paul McCartney will commemorate the release of his new album Kisses on the Bottom with a live event, broadcast from Capitol Studios (where the album was recorded), and available exclusively through a live feed on iTunes at 7pm PST on February 9th, 2012.

Beatles 1, the 2001 single CD album featuring 27 of The Beatles’ #1 hits in the U.S. and UK, was a worldwide smash success, eventually becoming the best selling album of both the year and the decade, and selling over 41 million albums to date.

The album has been remastered and is now available to download on iTunes.

Beatles Anthology on iTunes

The epic Beatles Anthology documentary and CD series from 1995 has recently been remastered and re-released on iTunes. Along with the 3 original 2-disc sets, iTunes is also offering the set in a complete box set form, as well as a new Highlights set. See the introductory video after the jump!

The Beatles released the album LOVE in 2006, a companion soundtrack to the Cirque du Soleil show of the same name. The album features Beatles tracks that have been compiled and remixed as a mashup, blending together different pieces from multiple songs. It was produced by longtime Beatles producer George Martin and his son Giles.

In 2011, the LOVE compilation was released on Apple’s iTunes, featuring bonus tracks “Girl” and “Fool on the Hill,” which did not appear on the original CD release.

The Beatles on iTunes

After years of speculation and legal battles between The Beatles’ Apple Records and Apple Computers, The Beatles have finally released their entire music catalog through the iTunes music sharing program. Fans can download the albums, individual tracks, and The Beatles Box, which includes an exclusive video of the band Live at the Washington Coliseum in 1964.
